Glass City Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside the building, this includes electronic cigarettes.

Items that are found at The Glass City Center are properly documented and stored. Holding times vary based on item category.

Please note these holding times for unclaimed items.

Phones, iPads, Tablets – Held for 60 days before donation.
- Wallets – Physical wallets are donated after 30 days. Items found inside wallets are disposed of after 30 days for privacy and safety. See below for specific license and ID information.
- License & ID – Held for 30 days before proper disposal.

Credit & Debit cards – Held for 30 days before proper disposal.
- Passports – Held for 30 days and sent to the US Department of State, Consular Lost and Stolen Passport Unit (CLASP).

Found Items Mailing Policy - International

Shipping Labels
We accept shipping labels from UPS, Fedex and USPS. Please call our security office at (419) 321-5001 to get the address of our pickup location; along with the email to send the shipping label. CASH, CHECKS, or MONEY ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ARE NURSING MOTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE?
We have a nursing mother/family rooms available on the first and second floors.
WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY? At Glass City Center, we implement a flexible bag policy. While there isn't a strict limit on bag size or type, all bags are subject to inspection if necessary. Please note that specific restrictions may apply depending on the nature of the event. Your cooperation ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
